ALT Pulley
Replaces the Factory Steel Pulley with a Billet Aluminum Pulley.
Idler Pulley
Replaces the Factory Steel Pulley with a Billet Aluminum Pulley with a replaceable Bearing.
Belt Tensioner Pulley
Replaces the Factory Plastic Tensioner Pulley with a Billet Aluminum Pulley with a replaceable Bearing.
Power Steering Pump Pulley
Replaces the Factory Plastic Pulley that will fail at some point. The replacement is made from Billet Aluminum. The Pulley utilizes a self-locking hub design so no Pullers are required to install or remove the pulley hub on pump shaft.
Under Drive Crank Pulley
Pulley is designed to turn water pump, Alternator, Power Steering pump, & AC 25% slower. This results is a 5-10HP gain and keeps the water pump from cavitation problems, and includes new 5/16 – 18 Grade 8 mounting hardware.

Supplied with ENERGY SUSPENSION’s performance polyurethane bushing, these bushings are impregnated with graphite to add a lubrication property to the bushings. Complete with a zerk fitting, which utilize a unique channel design to allow grease to flow to all inner bushing surfaces, virtually eliminating any possibility of squeaking.

Power Steering Pump Pulley Replaces the Factory Plastic Pulley that will fail at some point with a Billet Aluminum Pulley. This Pulley utilizes a self locking hub design so no Pullers are required to install or remove the pulley hub on pump shaft.
This power steering pump bracket is CNC machined out of billet 6061-T6 (Heat Treated) aluminum, and replaces the factory die cast magnesium metal bracket that will fail at some point in time. So don’t be left stranded on the side of the road when it breaks!
