Aluminum Version can be installed to allow the Jack Plate to stay on the Car, or Normal use mode where you twist them into the factory slot, and then remove them when done.

Unless you have installed the Jack Plate to stay in the car, YOU MUST REMOVE THE JACK PLATES BEFORE DRIVING YOUR CAR.
